This is the final confirmed news regarding Pandurangadu. The film is not releasing on 28th May as planned earlier. It is hitting screens on 30th May.

Before that it is going for censor on 26th May. Inside sources say that the film has come out in wonderful fashion and it would stand as best hit in 2008 basing on several factors.First half appeals for mass audiences with full dose of romance and glamour show by Tabu and other heroines.

Second half runs on parental sentiment, which proves to be the best part of the film. Balakrishna's performance is being extolled in big way by inside sources.In fact Balayya's passion is to act in mythological films.

The best performance comes out when something is worked with passion.

Prabhas performed very well as a Puri mark funny.it's a totally different charecter for prabhas.

Nothing special to say about Trisha.Her makeup is awkward.
Music by Sandeep Chowta is not good.
There are some enjoyable witty one liners and overall comedy isn't upto the mark compared to Puri's earlier films.

TABU AND HER DAUGHTERS RAPED REPEATEDLY?

Actress Tabu is looking raunchy these days on screen. She is also acting in the film 'Pandurangadu' as a prostitute beside Balakrishna. The posters are sending heat waves among men and envy among women. Now she is portraying a different role in the film 'Naa Intlo Oka Roju', a remake of Hindi flick 'Hawa'.

Tabu, in the film plays the role of Sanjana who lives in a secluded house along with her daughters and her brother. She experiences some weird things there and whenever a lightening occurs, an evil spirit comes and rapes her. Through out the film she and her daughters will be raped repeatedly.But Tabu finds it difficult to notice who is raping her. We have to see how far this rape-story works on Telugu screen.

BALAYYA-BACK TO ALCHOHOL AND NON VEG

Balakrishna has finally completed work on his ambitious project – the mythological film 'Pandurangadu'. He, like his father NT Rama Rao, took up the job with a lot of sincerity and dedication.Balakrishna gave up alcohol and non-vegetarian food from the day the shooting started till the completion of the film.

He became a teetotaler for some months. He did this in order to remain pure and get into the soul of the characters he was playing in the film.

Now that the work on the film is over and the film is all set for release on May 30, Balakrishna is reported to have reverted to his regular food and drink regimen. He is taking his usual pegs and also relishing non-vegetarian food once again. So Balayya is back to normal much before the release of the film.
